WHAT IS THE COST OF THE INSPEC PLATFORM ?

It’s Free! We will not charge you anything for the usage of the platform. It comes as part of our services and value we provide to our customers.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE ?

Service prices is quoted per MD (man-day), based on the rate negotiated with the client.

HOW DO I GET STARTED ?

Sign up online in order to create your private account on our website; it is free of charge and requires no commitment.

After activation of your account, you will be able to choose and pay for your desired service and provide us with your requirements, instructions, specifications, criteria and attachments online (24/7).

Our Operations team will prepare, coordinate and arrange your service.

You will mail following your booking.

You can choose to receive status updates in the Account Management panel under Customer Preferences.

HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE THE BOOKING ?

For Inspection services, the earlier you place the booking, the better. If you book 2-weeks in advance, you can even benefit from an early bird discount. As a minimum we recommend you book services at least 48 hours in advance.

For Audit services (e.g. Social Audit, Factory Audits, Security Audits, etc…), the turnaround time between booking and execution is around 30 calendar days. For example, if you need a Social Audit on April 30th, booking should be placed on April 1st. Our team will get in touch with you after your order is placed. 

AS A PAYMENT TERM CLIENT, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INVOICE ?

For pre-payment clients, invoice will be sent by our team as soon as the quotation is confirmed.
For monthly-payment clients, our team will send invoices to you on a monthly basis.

HOW CAN I PAY ?

We accept online payment with a credit card and payment terms of 30 days.
For 30-day payment credit terms, please allow us at least 5 working days to set up your account.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OBTAIN THE INSPECTION RESULTS ?

It depends on the location of the inspection.

In Asian countries, you can obtain your inspection report on the same day of inspection.

In EMEA (Europe/ Middle East/ Africa) and AME (Americas) countries, you can obtain the inspection report within 2 working days.

Once the report is ready, you will receive a notification email and you can review the report via the InSpec dashboard.

WILL THERE BE ANY E-MAIL ALERT AFTER I BOOK FOR A SERVICE ?

There will be system notification email sent to you after you confirm your order. 

Our operation will also contact both you and factory to double confirm the booking detail before audit.

DO I NEED TO INFORM MY FACTORY AFTER I PLACED THE BOOKINGS ?

As soon as you confirm your order, we’ll contact the factory and share the production requirement to make sure that the products are being manufactured during the visit.

CAN I ADD MY COLLEAGUES TO VIEW / EDIT THE BOOKINGS ?

Yes! Simply add them from your profile page https://www.inspec-bv.com/manageAccount#custList

I CANNOT LOG-IN TO MY ACCOUNT, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

Please contact BV team to reset the password, kindly remind the reset link is valid for 30 minutes and please reset your password within 30 minutes when the reset link is sent.

WILL I GET A FULL REFUND IF I CANCEL MY BOOKING BEFORE THE CUT OFF TIME ?

If you cancel you’re booking before the cut off time (before 4:00 PM local time at the Services’ location on the working day before service date), you will reimbursed in full in either USD or CNY.

It should be noted that due to exchange rate fluctuation between your booking date and the cancellation date, as well bank or credit card charges, you may see a local currency impact (this could be both positive and negative).

For clarity, in the event you cancel the services after 4:00 PM local time at the Services’ location on the working day before service date, the Services booked will be charged in full.
